Words cannot express how much we appreciate Mrs. Sidney and her hard work. We needed her help to assist us in emptying a packed 10x10 storage unit. Not only did she organize a crew to assist with the process, she was fast, paid attention to detail, and was very easy to get along with. Lisa Irving is the best realtor out there. She made our moving experience a good one. I’ve never been a fan of moving but Lisa made it easy. Our rental property, though located in a sought after community, hit the market at a very inopportune time … fall, heading into the holiday season. Additionally, we were looking to increase the rent by 30% from the previous lease. Despite these, what many other agents would consider obstacles, Lisa was able to get our property under contract at our desired rate in less than 30 days from listing. The benefit her beautiful photography added to our listing, in addition to her expert digital staging, were a game changer. So much so, we had requests to view the property before it was even available and only listed as “Coming Soon”. Our property was toured many times and we received multiple applications. Lisa’s support didn’t end at listing and showing; as she also helped us thoroughly vet each applicant. Additionally, as we received applicants from rental assistance programs we had no experience with; and Lisa took the time to educate us on these programs and ensure we understood everything that was involved.
